When my wife passed away last year, it became quite evident to me that I needed help dealing with the terms of our Revocable Trust. I did a low-tech search of the telephone directory looking through a multitude of ads listing attorneys and their services for many different issues. I found one ad that said “EMPHASIS ON SERVING THE NEEDS OF SENIORS” and “PROBATES, LIVING TRUSTS, WILLS, POWERS OF ATTORNY, CONSERVATORSHIPS.” Key words for me were Senior Needs and Living Trust, so after checking the listed web site, I decided Elisabeth-Kempe Olinger Law Office is the one I would use. Our Trust is relatively complicated involving several properties, accounts and beneficiaries who reside in five different states and Canada. Elisabeth-Kempe Olinger quickly became familiar with the terms of the Trust, and she and her team dealt with all the issues in an orderly, detailed and timely way. Unfortunately, the beneficiary in Canada had some serious health issues, and it was necessary for Elisabeth to work with a Canadian attorney. All of which caused the process to last over a year. During this time, Elizabeth and her assistant were always available to me. I am pleased with the legal services provided to me by Elisabeth-Kempe Olinger Law Office and I recommend them to you.

Having to hire a Lawyer is seldom a thing you want to do. Most times you have no idea what you need, have to do or the laws and rules behind it. Elisabeth and her crew are very efficient. They cut to the chase and don't hide any of the pains or process you have in front of you. They are very detailed oriented. They will allow you to do some of the leg work to save money, but will also take the full load if that is your choice. Rest assured, you will at some point finish what you started and feel safe about it. You will know that nothing was missed and nothing will come back to bite you later on. If you are looking for a no nonsense lawyer and a firm that ensures every avenue is covered. I would recommend these folks. Elisabeth is a strong person and will tell you how it is, she can push you at times but in the end you will see she did it because she wants to ensure everything is covered and there are no loose ends. LOL For a Lawyer,, I think she is all right.

Let me begin by saying that Elisabeth was not my attorney. There was a piece of property left to my Aunt, and to my Father (whose portion I became the beneficiary of when he passed). My Aunt and I reached an agreement that involved her keeping the house, and me being paid a lump-sum in exchange for my Father's portion of the house. Elisabeth was the attorney that SHE hired. Simple as the above may sound, this was a fairly complex and unusual case. The property was my grandmother's, left to my Father and Aunt. He passed 10 years after my grandmother and during those 10 years never forced the sale of the house, nor explicitly left me his portion of it. However, my grandmother's will indicated my Father's portion would become mine if he passed, and that was what my Father had indicated to me that he wanted to have happen. Suffice it to say that Elisabeth took care of everything. Things were done promptly, my questions were answered in a timely fashion, and even with all the complexities of this case it was settled on the first court date...all necessary documents were obtained by Elisabeth and everything was finalized without any delays. The agreed-upon lump-sum was wired two days later. It's worth noting as well that I live in Maui which complicated matters further, and all of the aforementioned was taken care of in California without me being present for ANY of it. I thank God that my Aunt wanted to do the right thing and that she hired an honest/ethical/competent attorney. I did not have an attorney in the midst of all of this but I felt that Elisabeth had regard for me even though I was not her client; and indeed she helped me out tremendously on two separate occasions. Elisabeth's integrity, competency and good-heartedness make her an A+ recommendation.

My parents created a living Trust executed by Elisabeth Kempe Ollinger several years before they died. When my father passed away we began a journey into unchartered waters. My brother and I were the beneficiaries and neither of us have ever needed the services of an attorney. We were initially overwhelmed and intimidated. Ms Kempe-Olinger is very direct and to the point.  We after a year we sold the parental family home and this is where Ms. Kempe-Olinger's experience and expertise became impressive. She rose to the occasion on Thanksgiving weekend to help us with legal paperwork required to close the real estate sale of the parental house.  Over the year that we were involved with Ms. Kempe-Olinger we experienced our own trials and health issues. Elisabeth offered heartfelt words of comfort and encouragement and demonstrated a side we did not intially see.  We have successfully completed and closed our Family Trust. My acquaintance with Elizabeth Olinger-Kempe began shortly after my sister hired her to help consolidate her estate. Originally, I had little involvement in their affairs, but when my sister passed, naming me as the beneficiary, attorney at law Elizabeth Olinger-Kempe and I became more closely acquainted.
It took little time to realize the proficiency of my sister's choice and how fortunate I was, for Elizabeth helped navigate me across a landscape the likes of which I never imagined.

When my family inherited a property in California and the Transfer on Death Deed in place was rejected by the County- we were stuck in a giant dilemma. The estate representatives/Trustee lived in Minnesota and numerous other heirs sprinkled across the country. Elisabeth fairly researched if she could help and take the case. She got back to us promptly and followed through with the County and title company to eventually fixed a problem we spent 2 years trying to fix on our own to no avail. We couldn't be happier!
